1968 Ford Falcon

My 17 year old son sent me an email on Oct 3, 2014 with the subject "Buy This Please". It was a 1968 Ford Falcon in Bourne, TX. We had been looking for a project for a while, but nothing really stuck. I had some criteria.

1. It had to run
2. It had to be a common car with readily available parts

This car fit both of those requirements, so we took the hour or so drive from Austin. What we found was a super nice guy with a rust-bucket. Anyway, we bought it and got to work.

Dashpad

The dashpad was badly cracked. A dashpad filler, some great stuff and flexible bondo did the job.
